摘 要:数据中心机房的能耗一直居高不下。机房设备中能耗占比最高的是机房空调,机房空调系统设备参数的优化设置在系统节能中起关键作用。采用小群控策略对数据中心空调系统进行优化,通过比较不同工况下冷冻水供水温度、机房进风温度和供回水温度等得到最优控制参数。通过蛇优化算法对PID控制器进行改进,从而有效降低了因系统振荡引发的变频风机控制信号波动所导致的能耗升高问题。The equipment room of data center has run with high energy consumption,while the air conditioning occupies the highest proportion.The equipment parameters optimization of air conditioning system plays a key role in the system energy saving.The small group control strategy was used for the optimization of air conditioning system in the data center.The optimal control parameters were obtained by comparing the temperature of frozen water supply,inlet air,and supply and return water under different working conditions.The PID controller was improved by the snake optimization algorithm.The energy consumption by the fluctuation of control signal from variable frequency fan,which is induced by the system oscillation,is effectively reduced.
