摘 要:黄磷炉渣是黄磷生产过程中的主要固体废弃物,含有丰富的硅、钙等成分,具有较高的资源化利用潜力。当前技术主要集中在建筑材料中的应用,如水泥、微晶玻璃、陶瓷和烧结砖的制备。这些应用在提高材料的物理机械性能的同时还能有效减少生产成本和环境污染。此外,黄磷炉渣在农业肥料和废热利用方面也展现出了良好的应用前景。未来的发展方向包括进一步优化处理工艺、提高利用率和开发高附加值产品,实现黄磷炉渣的资源化利用,降低环境污染,提高经济效益。未来,随着技术的不断进步和政策支持力度的加大,黄磷炉渣的综合利用将得到进一步推广和应用。Yellow phosphorus furnace slag is the main solid waste in the production process of yellow phosphorus,which is rich in silicon,calcium and other components,and has a high potential for resource utilization.Current technologies focus on applications in building materials,such as the preparation of cement,microcrystalline glass,ceramics,and sintered bricks.These applications can not only improve the physical and mechanical properties of materials,but also effectively reduce production costs and environmental pollution.In addition,the yellow phosphorus furnace slag has also shown a good application prospect in agricultural fertilizer and waste heat utilization.The future development direction includes further optimizing the treatment process,improving the utilization rate and developing high value-added products,realizing the resource utilization of yellow phosphorus furnace slag,reducing environmental pollution and improving economic benefits.In the future,with the continuous progress of technology and the increase of policy support,the comprehensive utilization of yellow phosphorus furnace slag will be further promoted and applied.
