磷酸装置稀酸渣升级利用研究及应用

摘　　要：通过管线改造、工艺指标调整,实现了稀酸渣的综合利用,使年磷酸产量增加4785.48t,年节约蒸汽2.55万t,年降低磷石膏排放量1.58万t。Through pipeline renovation and process index adjustment,the comprehensive utilization of dilute acid slag has been achieved,resulting in an increase of 4785.48 tons of annual phosphoric acid production,an annual savings of 25500 tons of steam,and an annual reduction of 15800 tons of phosphogypsum emissions.
