摘 要:为了实现输油管道的热工作业,以咪唑烷基脲(UI)与壳聚糖构筑了一种延缓交联的水凝胶来封堵输油管道以隔离油气。表征了水凝胶的结构,研究了水凝胶的成胶性能、流变性能并模拟了在管道中的封堵过程。结果表明,UI释放的甲醛与壳聚糖发生了共价交联反应,当UI浓度不低于0.4 mol/L时,可以与1%的壳聚糖溶液形成水凝胶。水凝胶的成胶流变动力学表明了水凝胶具有一定的延缓交联作用。流变结果表明,随着UI浓度的增加,水凝胶的成胶强度增大;水凝胶具有良好的触变性能。水凝胶在模拟管道中的封堵效果较好,有望应用在实际输油管道的暂堵中,以实现管道热工作业。To realize the hot work of oil pipelines,a delayed crosslinked hydrogel was prepared by imidazolidinyl urea(UI)and chitosan to plug oil pipelines and isolate oil and gas.The structure of the hydrogel was characterized,the gel-forming properties and rheological properties of the hydrogels were studied,and the plugging process in the pipeline was simulated.The results show that the hydrogels are cross-linked by formaldehyde released from UI(not less than 0.4 mol/L)and a 1%chitosan solution.The rheological kinetics of hydrogels indicates that hydrogels exhibit a delayed crosslinking effect.Rheological results show that the gel strength increases with the increase of UI concentration,and the hydrogels exhibit the good thixotropic properties.The hydrogel has a good plugging effect in simulated pipeline,making it promising application in temporary plugging of actual oil pipelines to realize the hot work of pipelines.
