具有表面活性的丙烯酸类梳形聚合物在洗涤剂中的应用探讨

摘　　要：以丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸酯、丙烯酸异辛酯为原料,采用乳液共聚一步法制备了丙烯酸类梳形聚合物(PAE-Na),采用表面张力仪、热重分析仪对聚合物的表面活性和热稳定性进行测试,还研究了聚合物的起泡性和分散性。结果表明:PAE-Na聚合物具有较高的表面活性,优异的热稳定性和良好的分散性。此外,将其添加到标准液体洗涤剂中,对去污力和抗再沉积性能进行测试,该聚合物表面活性剂与常用的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠(AES)和直链烷基苯磺酸(LAS)相比,体现出优异的性能,具有一定的实用价值。Acrylic acid comb like polymer(PAE Na)was prepared by one-step lotion copolymerization with acrylic acid,methacrylate and isooctyl acrylate as raw materials.The surface activity and thermal stability of the polymer were tested by surface tension meter and thermogravimetric analyzer.The foaming and dispersion properties of the polymer were also studied.The research results indicate that PAE-Na polymer has high surface activity,excellent thermal stability,and good dispersibility.In addition,it was added to standard liquid detergents to evaluate its cleaning power and anti redeposition performance.Compared with commonly used fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate(AES)and linear alkylbenzenesulfonic acid(LAS),this polymer surfactant exhibits excellent performance and has certain practical value.
