摘 要:在油田开发试气中,使用火炬会造成能量浪费和严重的大气污染。为了解决这一问题,以某海上油田气井为研究背景,根据该地区某些井场的探评井放气情况,对各种已知的技术手段进行了比较,确定采用CNG技术来回收试开采过程中放出的气体。同时,对放空气回收进行了进一步的研究,最终得到了放空气回收的技术方案。经半年试采,取得了较好的效果,达到了采出气体全部回收的效果。In the process of gas testing in oilfield development,due to the use of torch,a large amount of energy consumption and serious air pollution are caused.In order to solve this problem,based on the research background of a gas well in an offshore oilfield,according to the gas release situation of some wells in the area,through the comparison of various known technical means,the CNG technology is used to recover the gas released in the process of trial mining.At the same time,the recovery of the discharged air is further studied,and the technical scheme of the discharged air recovery is finally obtained.After half a year of trial production,good results have been achieved,and the effect of recovering all the downhole gas of the produced gas has been achieved.
