摘　　要：针对熔硫装置水平衡处理困难及占地面积大等问题,考虑了使用板框式压滤机对含固污水进行处理,过滤后的污水循环使用,并对装置的减排效果进行了实验和分析。结果表明,使用板框式压滤机可以有效减少生产工艺水和外排污水,具有较好的减排效果和经济效益。In order to solve the problems of water balance treatment and large area of sulfur melting plant,the use of plate and frame filter press to treat solid-containing sewage and recycle the filtered sewage were considered,and the emission reduction effect of the device was experimented and analyzed.The results show that the use of plate-and-frame filter press can effectively reduce the production process water and external effluent,and has a good emission reduction effect and economic benefits.
