摘　　要：Bronchopleural fistula(BPF)is defined as a pathological connection between the trachea or bronchus and the pleural cavity.It may occur as a serious complication after lung surgery.^((1))It has a low incidence of 1%-3%^((2.3))but carries a high mortality rate of 19.4%.
