摘 要:针对智能变电站运行维护操作日益复杂的现状,文中开展了基于IEC61850的智能变电站二次回路安全隔离技术研究。在对IEC61850标准体系以及智能变电站自动化系统架构进行评估的基础上,对比分析了常见二次回路安全隔离技术的优缺点。同时,提出了一种基于概率神经网络(PNN)的智能变电站二次回路故障定位及安全隔离措施的优化算法,并以某实际变电站为例进行了测试分析。结果表明,该算法能够实现二次回路故障的精准定位,且准确率可达95%,所设计的二次回路安全隔离措施科学合理,能够最大程度地保障运维工作的安全性。In view of the more complex operation and maintenance of intelligent substation,this paper has carried out the research on the secondary circuit safety isolation technology of intelligent substation based on IEC61850.Based on the analysis of IEC61850 standard system and intelligent substation automation system architecture,the advantages and disadvantages of common secondary circuit safety isolation technologies are compared and analyzed.At the same time,an algorithm based on Probabilistic Neural Network(PNN)is proposed to optimize the fault location and safety isolation measures of the secondary circuit in intelligent substations.The results show that the proposed algorithm can achieve accurate fault location of the secondary circuit,with an accuracy rate of 95%.The designed safety isolation measures of the secondary circuit are scientific and reasonable,which can guarantee the safety of operation and maintenance to the greatest extent.
