摘　　要：“全球中国”视野下的传播研究需要认知并建立包含多种维度的内外边界逻辑。主权国家的领土边界是重要的政治前提,数字化进程虽然淡化了物理边境,但却将利益博弈和地缘冲突转移至数字空间中,要同时重视数字地缘政治博弈和向内的数字主权治理;政治文明维度上现代中国的形成路径追求政权的内向稳定,与西方现代民族国家的竞争性军事征服扩张存在本质上的区别,“人类命运共同体”理念有潜力在因数字化而模糊的政治文明边界中提供一种新的文明理论;中国的媒介体制中“国家角色的作用”根植于特定的历史和现实语境,这一底层逻辑使其与其他媒介体制相比具有鲜明的独特性。高度复杂和语境化的内外边界要求建立一种“复线”的内外观。Research on communication under the“Global China”perspective needs to recognize and establish boundary logic that encompasses multiple dimensions,both internal and external.The interests and governance mechanisms of sovereign states in the digital space transcend national borders and lead to the transfer of geopolitical conflicts into the digital space.It is necessary to pay attention to both digital geopolitics and digital sovereignty governance.In terms of political civilization,the path to the formation of modern China pursues inward stability of the regime,which is essentially different from the competitive military conquest and expansion of Western modern nation-states.The concept of“a global community of shared future”has the potential to provide a new civilizational theory in the blurred political civilizational boundaries caused by digitalization.The“role of the state”in Chinas media system is rooted in a specific historical and realistic context,and this underlying logic makes it unique compared to other media systems.The highly complex and contextualized internal and external boundaries require the establishment of a“multi-line”internal and external view.
