摘 要:根据中医临床大数据知识工程的规划与设计要求,构建基于《中国药典》的中成药临床数据库,并从该数据库中抽取肝系病证用中成药数据,依据《中医病证分类与代码》(GB/T 15657-2021)和《临床中药信息分类与代码》(T/CIATCM 024-2019)标准,应用中成药临床知识编码模型,对肝系病证用中成药的处方组成、方剂配伍和功能主治等知识进行编码,构建肝系病证用中成药临床知识库,共包含214条中成药的临床知识,其中77条肝系单一证候用中成药的临床知识,137条肝系脏腑兼证用中成药的临床知识。采用经典统计学方法对该库中的中成药临床知识进行分布规律及可视化研究,并使用GraphDB工具,绘制肝系病证临床用中成药知识图谱,构建《中国药典》肝系病证临床用中成药知识图库。本文仅以肝实证用中成药为例绘制其知识图谱,展示其中成药临床知识的关联关系,为深入开展肝系病证临床处方决策提供《中国药典》中成药临床知识资源。According to the planning and requirements of the clinical big data knowledge project of traditional Chinese medicine,a clinical database of traditional Chinese patent medicines based on the Chinese pharmacopoeia was constructed,and data of traditional Chinese patent medicines for the treatment of liver diseases were extracted from the database.According to the standards of the classification and code of diseases and syndromes in traditional Chinese medicine(GB/T 15657-2021)and the classification and codes of Chinese medicinals in clinical practice(T/CIATCM 024-2019),along with the clinical knowledge coding model of traditional Chinese patent medicines.We have coded the data of traditional Chinese patent medicines for the treatment of liver diseases,including prescription compatibility,monarch and functional indications,which has led to the construction of a clinical knowledge base for traditional Chinese patent medicines for the treatment of liver diseases.In total,there are 214 pieces of clinical medication knowledge for traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations,comprising 77 pieces of medication knowledge for single syndrome of the liver system and 137 pieces for combined viscera and syndrome of the liver system.Conducting distribution pattern analysis and visualization research on the clinical knowledge of Chinese patent medicines in this database using classical statistical methods.And use GraphDB tool to draw the knowledge map of traditional Chinese patent medicines for clinical use of liver diseases and syndromes,and build the knowledge map database of traditional Chinese patent medicines for clinical use of liver diseases and syndromes in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia.In this work,taking Chinese patent medicines for treating liver excess syndromes as an example,we have illustrated their knowledge graph,showcasing the interrelationships within the clinical knowledge of Chinese patent medicines.This study provides clinical knowledge resources of traditional Chinese patent medicines in the Chi
