急救安全屋建设创新急救培训新模式实践研究  

Practical research on the construction of emergency safety house and the innovation of new model of first aid training

摘　　要：目的旨在丰富普及培训载体,满足市民时间与地点更为灵活的急救学习形式。方法以海南省开展急救安全屋建设为例,介绍急救安全屋的创建背景、简介、运行模式、成效与思考。结果海南省建设的“急救安全屋”已正式开始运行,目前急救安全屋有三大运行模式:固定急救安全屋、流动急救安全屋、线上急救安全屋。市民在急救安全屋的基础上可多选择、多时段、多地点参与急救课室。结论急救安全屋将急救教育与急救服务融为一体,丰富了安全屋培训课程内容,但在急救培训新模式上仍需探索。Objective To enrich and popularize training carriers,and meet the needs of citizens for more flexible forms of emergency learning in terms of time and location.Methods The emergency safety house is a public welfare project jointly promoted by the emergency center,co construction units,and volunteers.The emergency center is responsible for the training and management of volunteers,co construction units provide venue settings and open hours,and volunteers carry out first aid popularization training.Results Citizens can have multiple choices,time slots,and locations to participate in emergency classes on the basis of safe housing.Conclusion The goal of learning first aid through fixed first aid safe houses,mobile first aid safe houses,and online first aid safe houses has been achieved.On the path of exploring first aid popularization and training through the use of emergency safety houses,there are some successful experiences that can be used for reference and analysis by peers.However,there are also some bottlenecks that need to be solved,and we are willing to explore together with our peers.
