摘  要:针对普通纸品压花机在工作过程中图案单一、更换压花图案需要装卸新辊等问题,设计一种半自动换辊压花机。其在具有压花功能的同时,可提供多种压花图案选择和张力检测,使其能够接入抽纸流水线中。首先运用solidworks三维软件完成压花机结构建模,然后将压花机模型导入有限元分析软件ansys中,分析2种辊支撑装置各部件在正常工作下的应力、形变情况,选择一项更可行的设计,在卫生纸制品压花制作领域具有一定的应用前景。In order to solve the problems of the single pattern in the working process of ordinary paper embossing machine and the need of loading and unloading new rollers to change the embossing pattern,this article proposes the design of an automatic roller-changing embossing machine.This machine not only possesses embossing functionality but also offers multiple pattern options and tension detection,enabling its integration into a tissue paper production line.Firstly,the embossing machine's structural modeling is accomplished using SolidWorks 3D software.Subsequently,the embossing machine model is imported into the finite element analysis software ANSYS to analyze the stress and strain distribution of components in two pattern roller support mechanisms under normal operating conditions.This analysis aids in selecting a more feasible design.The research presented in this article holds significant potential for application in the fields of embossing machinery and tissue paper manufacturing.
