摘　　要：目的观察闭合切口负压吸引系统在预防腹部切口愈合不良中的应用效果。方法选取2021年3月至2022年12月我院收治的180例腹部切口术后患者,按照接受闭合切口负压治疗的意愿将其分为观察组(105例,使用闭合切口负压吸引系统治疗72 h后进行传统换药)和对照组(75例,使用传统换药方法)。比较两组的应用效果。结果观察组的术后1 d切口引流量大于对照组,切口相关费用少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的切口甲级愈合率高于对照组,脂肪液化、切口感染及切口裂开发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的肺部感染、肠梗阻、深静脉血栓发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论闭合切口负压吸引系统在预防腹部切口愈合不良中的应用效果显著。Objective To observe the application effect of closed incision negative pressure suction system in preventing poor healing of abdominal incision.Methods A total of 180 patients after abdominal incision admitted in our hospital from March 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into observation group(105 cases,traditional dressing change after 72 h of treatment with closed incision negative pressure suction system)and control group(75 cases,traditional dressing change method)according to their willingness to receive closed incision negative pressure treatment.The application effects of the two groups were compared.Results The incision drainage volume at 1 d after operation in the observation group was larger than that in the control group,and the incision-related cost was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The grade A healing rate of incision of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of fat liquefaction,incision infection and incision dehiscence were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the incidence of pulmonary infection,intestinal obstruction and deep vein thrombosis between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The closed incision negative pressure suction system in preventing poor healing of abdominal incision has remarkable application effect.
