红核妇洁洗液联合硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊、乳酸菌阴道胶囊序贯用药治疗霉菌性阴道炎的效果及对阴道微生态、PCT、CRP水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨红核妇洁洗液联合硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊、乳酸菌阴道胶囊序贯用药治疗霉菌性阴道炎的效果。方法选择2021年1月至2022年10月收治的100例霉菌性阴道炎患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组采取硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊、乳酸菌阴道胶囊序贯用药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加红核妇洁洗液治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组的外阴瘙痒、白带异常及外阴红肿评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的乳酸杆菌含量高于对照组,类杆菌、白色念珠菌含量低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的C反应蛋白(CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率无明显差异(P>0.05);观察组的复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论红核妇洁洗液联合硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊、乳酸菌阴道胶囊序贯用药治疗霉菌性阴道炎患者的效果满意,可快速控制临床症状,调节阴道微生态,降低CRP、PCT水平及复发率,且安全性高。Objective To investigate the effect of Honghe Fujie lotion combined with nifuratel nysfungin vaginal soft capsules and Lacidophilin vaginal capsules sequential medication in the treatment of mycotic vaginitis.Methods A total of 100 patients with mycotic vaginitis admitted from January 2021 to October 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with sequential medication of nifuratel nysfungin vaginal soft capsules and Lacidophilin vaginal capsules.The observation group was treated with Honghe Fujie lotion on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the scores of vulva pruritus,leucorrhea abnormality and vulva swelling in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the content of Lactic acid bacteria in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the content of Bacteroides and Candida albicans were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP)and procalcitonin(PCT)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05);the recurrence rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Honghe Fujie lotion combined with nifuratel nysfungin vaginal soft capsules and Lacidophilin vaginal capsules sequential medication in the treatment of patients with mycotic vaginitis has satisfactory effect.It can quickly control clinical symptoms,regulate vaginal microecology,reduce CRP,PCT levels and recurrence rate,and has high safety.
