摘　　要：目的探讨健脾愈胃汤用于消化性溃疡脾胃虚寒证的效果及对溃疡愈合质量、生长因子水平的影响。方法选取2020年3月至2023年1月收治的90例消化性溃疡脾胃虚寒证患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组、观察组,各45例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加健脾愈胃汤治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为97.78%,高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的中医证候各项积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的溃疡愈合优良率为93.33%,高于对照组的77.78%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健脾愈胃汤用于消化性溃疡脾胃虚寒证治疗中能提高治疗效果,缓解患者的临床症状,提高溃疡愈合质量和生长因子水平,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of Jianpi Yuwei decoction on peptic ulcer with spleen and stomach deficiency cold syndrome and its influences on ulcer healing quality and growth factor level.Methods A total of 90 patients with peptic ulcer with spleen and stomach deficiency cold syndrome admitted from March 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Jianpi Yuwei decoction on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects of two groups were compared Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.78%,which was higher than 80.00%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of ulcer healing in the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than 77.78%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Jianpi Yuwei decoction in the treatment of peptic ulcer with spleen and stomach deficiency cold syndrome can improve the therapeutic effect,relieve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve the ulcer healing quality and the level of growth factors,which is worthy of popularization and application.
