中药熏洗坐浴结合穴位按摩在痔疮手术患者中的应用效果及对GIQLI评分的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨中药熏洗坐浴结合穴位按摩在痔疮手术患者中的应用效果及对胃肠道生活质量指数(GIQLI)评分的影响。方法选取2022年1月至2023年1月本院收治的100例痔疮手术患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上接受中药熏洗坐浴结合穴位按摩护理。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,观察组的白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-17(IL-17)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)及5-羟色胺(5-HT)水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的肛门功能各项指标均明显改善,且观察组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的GIQLI评分升高、视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分降低,且观察组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药熏洗坐浴结合穴位按摩用于痔疮手术患者中,能够降低炎症指标水平,促进患者肛门功能恢复,减轻疼痛程度,提高生活质量。Objective To explore the application effect of Chinese medicine fumigation and sitz bath combined with acupoint massage in patients with hemorrhoids surgery and its influence on Gastrointestinal Quality of Life Index(GIQLI)score.Methods A total of 100 patients with hemorrhoid surgery admitted in our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received Chinese medicine fumigation and sitz bath combined with acupoint massage nursing on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-17(IL-17),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the anal function various indexes of the two groups significantly improved,and those of the observation group were better than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the GIQLI scores of the two groups increased,and the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores decreased,and those in the observation group were better than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine fumigation and sitz bath combined with acupoint massage for patients with hemorrhoids surgery can reduce inflammatory indicators levels,promote the recovery of anal function,reduce the degree of pain,and improve the quality of life.
