摘　　要：独立学院针对大学生创新能力的培养与强化,进一步培养大学生实践探索的优秀品质,为大学生面向更多领域进行就业发展提供充分保障。新时期独立学院教育工作的推进,应以提升大学生创新能力为基础,对大学生学习创新资源匮乏、学生学习实践主动性不足等问题进行分析,探究大学生创新能力培养的内在影响因素,并利用完善多元协同教育创新育人机制与加强学生自主学习服务引导等举措,构建独立学院大学生创新能力培养的新体系,为独立学院大学生创新能力的充分提升夯实教育基础。Independent colleges aim to cultivate and strengthen the innovation ability of college students,further cultivate their excellent qualities of practical exploration,and provide sufficient guarantees for their employment development in more fields.The promotion of education in independent colleges in the new era should be based on enhancing the innovation ability of college students.An analysis should be conducted on the lack of learning and innovation resources among college students,as well as the lack of initiative in student learning and practice to explore the interal influencing factors of college students'innovation ability cultivation.Measures such as improving the mechanism of diversified collaborative education innovation and strengthening the guidance of student self-directed learning services should be taken to construct a new system for cultivating the innovation ability of independent college students,to fully enhance the innovation ability of independent college students and solidify the educational foundation.
