摘　　要：目的观察疼痛护理干预在血液透析伴肾性骨病患者中的应用效果。方法将72例血液透析伴肾性骨病患者随机分为对照组与试验组,每组36例。对照组给予常规护理干预,试验组给予疼痛护理干预。比较2组治疗效果及干预后血磷、血钙、甲状旁腺素水平,观察2组干预前后生活质量评分(SF-36评分)的变化。结果干预治疗后试验组SF-36评分、血钙水平、治疗总有效率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),血磷、甲状旁腺素水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论疼痛护理干预可提高血液透析伴肾性骨病患者的生活质量,促进骨代谢功能的恢复。Objective To observe the effect of pain management interventions on the life quality of haemodialysis patients with renal bone disease.Methods 72 hemodialysis patients with renal bone disease were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing interventions,and the experimental group was given pain management interventions.The therapeutic effects of the 2 groups and the levels of blood phosphorus,blood calcium and parathyroid hormone after the interventions were compared,and the changes in the life quality scores(SF-36 scores)before and after the interventions were observed in the 2 groups.Results The SF-36 scores,the blood calcium levels,and overall treatment effectiveness in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group after the interventions(P<0.05),and the blood phosphorus and parathyroid hormone levels were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Pain management interventions can improve the life quality of haemodialysis patients with renal bone disease and promote the recovery of bone metabolic function.
