摘　　要：复方双氯芬酸钠注射液是临床上常用的解热抗炎镇痛非甾体抗炎药(NSAIDs),其不良反应可发生在消化、泌尿等多个系统,临床主要表现为腹痛、消化道出血、血尿等不同症状,但关于其导致血尿的相关研究较少。本文对我院收治2例复方双氯芬酸钠注射液致血尿的案例进行分析,为临床用药提供参考。Compound diclofenac sodium injection is a commonly used antipyretic,anti-inflammatory,analgesic and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs(NSAIDs)in clinical practice.Its adverse reactions can occur in multiple systems such as digestive and urinary systems,the main clinical manifestations are abdominal pain,gastrointestinal bleeding,hematuria and other different symptoms,but there are few studies on its hematuria.In this paper,two cases of hematuria caused by compound diclofenac sodium injection in our hospital were analyzed to provide reference for clinical medication.
