摘　　要：目的:探讨基于4P医学的健康干预模式对妊娠期高血压患者自护能力、服药依从性的影响。方法:选取2020年9月—2023年4月在我院产科收治的112例妊娠期高血压产妇,采用简单随机分组将产妇分为4P组(基于4P医学的健康干预模式,56例)和对照组(常规干预,56例)。比较两组产妇血压变化[收缩压(SBP)和舒张压(DBP)]、自我管理能力测量表(ESCA)评分、Morisky服药依从性量表中文版(MMAS-8)评分和不良事件发生率。结果:干预后,4P组产妇SBP、DBP低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);4P组ESCA、MMAS-8评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);4P组不良事件发生率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:基于4P医学的健康干预模式可以有效降低妊娠期高血压患者的血压,提高产妇的自护能力和服药依从性。Objective:To explore the influence of health intervention model based on 4P medicine on self-care ability and medication compliance for patients with hypertensive disorder in pregnancy.Methods:A total of 112 pregnant women with hypertensive disorder in pregnancy admitted to the obstetrics department of our hospital from September 2020 to April 2023 were selected and divided into 4P group(health intervention model based on 4P medicine,56 pregnant women)and control group(routine intervention,56 pregnant women)by simple random grouping.The changes of blood pressure[systolic blood pressure(SBP)and diastolic blood pressure(DBP)],the Exercise of Self-Care Agency(ESCA)score,the Chinese Version of the 8-item Morisky Medication Adherence Scale(MMAS-8)score and incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,SBP and DBP in the 4P group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of ESCA and MMAS-8 in the 4 P group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse events between the 4P group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:The health intervention model based on 4P medicine can effectively reduce the blood pressure of patients with hypertensive disorder in pregnancy,and improve their self-care ability and medication compliance.
