摘　　要：目的:探究磺胺嘧啶结合五水头孢唑啉钠在无张力疝修补术患者切口感染中的作用。方法:回顾性分析2020年6月—2023年6月济源市邵原卫生院外科收治的60例无张力疝修补术患者临床资料,依据治疗方式将患者分为对照组、研究组,每组30例。研究组应用磺胺嘧啶结合五水头孢唑啉钠治疗,对照组仅应用磺胺嘧啶。比较两组切口愈合效率、切口感染发生率、切口疼痛度、炎症指标、切口不适反应。结果:研究组创面愈合有效率高于对照组,切口感染率低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组术后1d、3d、7d疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组术后1d、3d、7d血清IL-6、TNF-α、CRP水平低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组切口不适反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:磺胺嘧啶结合五水头孢唑啉钠能促进无张力疝修补术患者切口愈合,预防切口感染,减轻切口疼痛,抑制炎症反应,且切口不适反应少,值得临床应用。Objective:To explore the effect of sulfadiazine combined with cefazolin sodium pentahydrate on incision infection in patients with tension-free hernia repair.Methods:A retrospective analysis was made on the clinical data of 60 patients with tensionfree hernia repair admitted to the Department of Surgery,Shaoyuan Health Center,Jiyuan City from June 2020 to June 2023.The patients were divided into control group and study group according to the treatment method,with 30 cases in each group.The study group was treated with sulfadiazine combined with cefazolin sodium pentahydrate,while the control group was only treated with sulfadiazine.The incision healing efficiency,incision infection rate,incision pain,inflammation index and incision discomfort were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of wound healing in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the incision infection rate was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The pain scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group at 1 d,3 d and 7 d after operation(P<0.05).The levels of serum IL-6,TNF-αand CRP in the study group were lower than those in the control group at 1 d,3 d and 7 d after operation(P<0.05).The incidence of incision discomfort in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sulfadiazine combined with cefazolin sodium pentahydrate can promote incision healing in patients with tension-free hernia repair,prevent incision infection,reduce incision pain,inhibit inflammatory response,and have less incision discomfort.It is worthy of clinical application.
