戊酸雌二醇片联合生物反馈电刺激法治疗女性盆底功能障碍性疾病的效果

摘　　要：目的:探究戊酸雌二醇片治疗对女性盆底功能障碍性疾病患者盆底功能的影响。方法:选择2022年1月—2023年12月我院接受治疗的92例女性盆底功能障碍性疾病患者作为研究对象,采用抽签法随机分为参照组(46例)、研究组(46例)。参照组应用生物反馈电刺激法治疗,研究组应用生物反馈电刺激法结合戊酸雌二醇片治疗。比较两组治疗效果、盆底功能障碍问卷(PFDI-20)、盆底功能、雌二醇(E2)、骨形成标志物。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于参照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗1个月、2个月、3个月PFDI-20评分低于研究组治疗总有效率高于参照组(P<0.05);研究组Ⅱ类肌纤维平均值、Ⅰ类肌纤维最大值高于参照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗1个月、2个月、3个月E2水平高于参照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗后碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、骨钙素(OC)水平高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:戊酸雌二醇片可有效改善女性盆底功能障碍性疾病患者的盆底功能,提高E2、ALP、OC水平,治疗效果显著。Objective:To explore the effect of estradiol valerate tablets treatment on pelvic floor function in female patients with pelvic floor dysfunction diseases.Methods:A total of 92 female patients with pelvic floor dysfunction who were treated in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as subjects.They were randomly divided into reference group(46 patients)and study group(46 patients)by drawing lots.The reference group was treated with biofeedback electrical stimulation,and the study group was treated with biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with estradiol valerate tablets.The therapeutic effect,pelvic floor dysfunction questionnaire(PFDI-20),pelvic floor function,estradiol(E2)and bone formation markers were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The PFDI-20 score of the study group at 1 month,2 months and 3 months after treatment was lower than that of the study group,and the total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).The average value of typeⅡmuscle fiber and the maximum value of typeⅠmuscle fiber in the study group were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The E2 level of the study group was higher than that of the reference group at 1 month,2 months and 3 months after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of alkaline phosphatase(ALP)and osteocalcin(OC)in the study group were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Estradiol valerate tablets can effectively improve the pelvic floor function of female patients with pelvic floor dysfunction,improve the levels of E2,ALP and OC,and the treatment effect is significant.
