曼月乐辅助子宫内膜息肉宫腔镜术治疗子宫内膜息肉患者的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察曼月乐辅助子宫内膜息肉宫腔镜术治疗子宫内膜息肉患者的临床效果。方法:选择2019年5月—2023年5月本院收治的102例子宫内膜息肉患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组51例。对照组配合行宫腔镜术,观察组在对照组基础上联用曼月乐,比较两组子宫内膜厚度、雌孕激素代谢水平[雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)]与复发率。结果:观察组术后3、6个月子宫内膜厚度及ER、PR水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后6个月复发率为1.96%,低于对照组的13.72%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:宫腔镜术联合曼月乐治疗子宫内膜息肉的效果理想,能尽快使子宫内膜厚度与雌孕激素代谢水平恢复正常,且复发风险更低。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Mirena assisted hysteroscopic surgery for patients with endometrial polyps.Methods:A total of 102 patients with endometrial polyps admitted to our hospital from May 2019 to May 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 51 patients in each group.The control group was treated with hysteroscopy,and the observation group was treated with Mirena on the basis of the control group.The endometrial thickness,estrogen and progesterone metabolism levels[estrogen receptor(ER),progesterone receptor(PR)]and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The endometrial thickness,ER and PR levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at 3 and 6 months after operation,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group at 6 months after operation was 1.96%,which was lower than 13.72%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hysteroscopy combined with Mirena is effective in the treatment of endometrial polyps,which can restore endometrial thickness and estrogen and progesterone metabolism to normal as soon as possible,and the risk of recurrence is lower.
