桡骨远端骨折患者术后辅用活血止痛胶囊联合金天格胶囊的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨活血止痛胶囊联合金天格胶囊对桡骨远端骨折术后患者的疗效。方法:选取2020年1月—2022年12月我院收治的80例由训练伤导致的桡骨远端骨折患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组40例。对照组采取常规加压钢板固定术治疗,观察组在对照组基础上增加活血止痛胶囊联合金天格胶囊治疗,对比两组患者腕关节功能,疼痛情况与肿胀情况,肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)、白细胞计数(WBC)、C反应蛋白(CRP)炎症因子水平以及腕关节活动度。结果:观察组术后腕关节功能优良率为95.00%,高于对照组的77.50%(P<0.05);观察组患肢肿胀值、VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组TNF-α、TGF-β1、ESR、WBC、CRP水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组腕关节活动度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:桡骨远端骨折术后采用活血止痛胶囊联合金天格胶囊治疗能够进一步促进患者术后腕关节功能恢复,减轻患者疼痛程度与患肢肿胀情况,降低炎症因子水平,更有利于提升患者远期腕关节活动度。Objective:To explore the curative effect of Huoxue Zhitong capsule combined with Jintiange capsule on patients with distal radius fracture after operation.Methods:A total of 80 patients with distal radius fractures caused by training injuries admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional compression plate fixation.The observation group was treated with Huoxue Zhitong capsule combined with Jintiange capsule on the basis of the control group.The wrist function,pain and swelling,tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1),white blood cell count(WBC),C-reactive protein(CRP)inflammatory factor levels and wrist mobility were compared between the two groups.Results:The excellent and good rate of postoperative wrist joint function in the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 77.50%in the control group(P<0.05).The swelling value and VAS score of the affected limb in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of TNF-α,TGF-β1,ESR,WBC and CRP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The wrist joint activity of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Huoxue Zhitong capsule combined with Jintiange capsule can further promote the recovery of wrist joint function after operation of distal radius fracture,reduce the degree of pain and swelling of affected limbs,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,and is more conducive to improving the long-term wrist joint activity of patients.
