益气维血胶囊联合归脾胶囊治疗椎基底动脉供血不足的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察益气维血胶囊与归脾胶囊联用治疗椎基底动脉供血不足的效果。方法:选择2021年8月—2023年3月在郑州市金水区总医院门诊就诊的符合椎基底动脉供血不足患者共计72例,随机分为临床组与对照组,各36例。对照组用盐酸氟桂嗪胶囊治疗,临床组用益气维血胶囊与归脾胶囊治疗,比较两组治疗效果、基底动脉血流情况、症状评分及不良反应发生情况。结果:临床组总有效率为97.22%,高于对照组的86.11%(P<0.05);临床组LVA、RVA、BA、DARS、DHI评分优于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:益气维血胶囊与归脾胶囊联用对临床症状、血流动力学指标、DARS评分、DHI评分改善优于单用盐酸氟桂嗪胶囊,且无明显的不良反应。Objective:To observe the effect of Yiqi Weixue capsule combined with Guipi capsule in the treatment of vertebrobasilar insufficiency.Methods:A total of 72 patients with vertebrobasilar insufficiency who were treated in the outpatient department of Jinshui District General Hospital of Zhengzhou from August 2021 to March 2023 were randomly divided into clinical group and control group,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with flunarizine hydrochloride capsules,and the clinical group was treated with Yiqi Weixue capsules and Guipi capsules.The therapeutic effect,basilar artery blood flow,symptom score and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the clinical group was 97.22%,which was higher than 86.11%of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of LVA,RVA,BA,DARS and DHI in the clinical group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Yiqi Weixue capsule and Guipi capsule is superior to flunarizine hydrochloride capsule alone in improving clinical symptoms,hemodynamic indexes,DARS score and DHI score,and there is no obvious adverse reaction.
