摘　　要：目的:分析以目标管理理论为指导的护理模式在维持性透析患者药物治疗期间的干预效果。方法:选取2023年1月—2024年1月我院收治的82例MHD患者为研究对象。以随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各41例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施以目标管理理论为指导的护理。比较两组血清营养指标、自我管理能力、生活质量。结果:干预后,观察组白蛋白、前白蛋白及血红蛋白水平高于对照组(P<0.05);除运动维度评分外,观察组自我管理能力其余维度评分及GQOL-74各维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针对MHD患者左卡尼汀治疗期间,联合应用目标管理理论为指导的护理能更显著的改善其营养状况,并且通过多种措施提升其自我管理水平,最终增进患者生活质量。Objective:To analyze the intervention effect of nursing mode guided by target management theory during drug treatment of maintenance dialysis patients.Methods:A total of 82 MHD patients admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 41 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given nursing guided by target management theory.Serum nutrition indexes,self-management ability and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the levels of albumin,prealbumin and hemoglobin in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Except for the score of exercise dimension,the scores of other dimensions of self-management ability and GQOL-74 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:During the treatment of levocarnitine in MHD patients,the combined application of target management theory-guided nursing can more significantly improve their nutritional status,and improve their self-management level through various measures,and ultimately improvethequalityof lifeofpatients.
