摘  要:软件开发过程中可靠性评估的重要性日益增强,特别是在设计和集成阶段,然而现有研究多集中在集成测试后阶段,忽略了早期评估的需求。基于此,引入基于组件的广义GO模型(CB-GGOM),对软件系统的故障增长趋势进行分析和预测,旨在提高软件集成测试阶段的可靠性评估效率。通过模拟实验,验证了CB-GGOM在预测早期故障增长趋势方面的有效性,展示了其在软件可靠性早期评估中的实用价值。The importance of reliability assessment in software development is increasing,especially in the design and integration stages.However,existing research mostly focuses on the post integration testing stage,ignoring the need for early assessment.Based on this,the Component Based Generalized GO Model(CB-GGOM)is introduced to analyze and predict the fault growth trend of software systems,aiming to improve the reliability evaluation efficiency during the software integration testing phase.The effectiveness of CB-GGOM in predicting early fault growth trends was verified through simulation experiments,demonstrating its practical value in early software reliability assessment.
