摘  要:随着信息技术的飞速发展和高校数字化转型的推进,电子印章平台成为各高校重要基础支撑平台。本文围绕高校师生盖章排队、跨校区奔波等“急难愁盼”现实困境,针对现有通用的电子印章软件存在的服务模式单一、业务办理不够便捷、平台支撑能力不足等问题,以可靠电子签名技术、自主可控的核心密码技术为支撑,设计了“121+N”的全新服务架构及“多重加密技术+分层防护策略”的安全架构,建立了一套完善的电子印章制发、管理和使用的统一电子印章服务平台,有力支撑了高校各类证明电子化,各类流程办理签章、签名移动化,推进高校数字化转型纵深发展。With the rapid development of information technology and the promotion of digital transformation in universities,the electronic seal platform has become an important basic support platform for various universities.This article focuses on the urgent and difficult challenges faced by university teachers and students,such as queuing for seals and running across campuses.In response to the problems of single service models,inconvenient business processing,and insufficient platform support capabilities in existing universal electronic seal software,a new service architecture of"121+N"and a"multiple encryption technology+layered protection strategy"are designed with reliable electronic signature technology and independently controllable core password technology as support A comprehensive security architecture has been established,which provides a unified electronic seal service platform for the production,management,and use of electronic seals.This platform effectively supports the digitization of various types of certificates in universities,as well as the mobility of various processes for signing and signing,promoting the deep development of digital transformation in universities.
