摘　　要：民用航空发动机拆换管理是航空公司发动机机队管理的重要工作之一,精准、全面、成熟的民用航空发动机机队拆换管理方法及策略是实现民航机队安全、高效运行,保障备发充足的同时降低机队运行成本,落实公司政策及工程管理要求,保证商务合同正常履行、财务风险可控的重要手段。本文根据行业现状及多年发动机机队管理经验,探讨给出发动机拆换管理的相关业务流程规范、定义及示例,通过全面分析拆换管理决策影响因素,制定了详细管理策略,以帮助航空公司发动机机队管理人员更好地完成发动机拆换相关业务工作,进而提高航空公司发动机机队管理水平、工作效率和决策合理性,消除潜在风险,降低经营成本。Civil aviation engine replacement management is one of the important tasks of airline engine fleet management.Accurate,comprehensive and mature civil aviation engine fleet replacement management methods and strategies are an important means to reduce fleet operating costs,implement company policies and engineering management requirements,and ensure normal performance of business contracts and controllability of financial risks while achieving safe and efficient operation of civil aviation fleet and ensuring adequate provisioning.Based on the current situation of the industry and many years of experience in engine fleet management,this paper discusses and presents business process specifications,definitions and samples relevant to engine replacement management.Through a comprehensive analysis of influencing factors of replacement management decision,it formulates detailed management strategies to help engine fleet managers of airlines better complete their work related to engine replacement,improve airline engine fleet management,the work efficiency and the rationality of decision-making,eliminate potential risks,and reduce operating costs.
