摘  要:飞机全寿命管理贯穿新飞机引进、运营、退出3个阶段。由于飞机属于高价值全球化资产,外部形势不确定因素的增多直接导致飞机运营成本的增加,出现飞机退出中的周期太长、减值过高等问题。因此,飞机退出阶段处置减值过高正在成为飞机价值管控的新关注点。本文面对航空公司机队退役机龄的“低龄化”趋势和国外飞机制造商向维修市场服务延伸带来的飞机技术交付挑战,分析了传统飞机退出业务与新形势下飞机退出业务的区别与联系,在此基础上给出飞机退出业务管理关口前置,从飞机引进阶段的合同管理、运营阶段维修管理,逐步延伸到飞机退出阶段的技术建议,以期有效帮助航空公司缩短飞机退出周期,节约利益关方的成本,为飞机资产的价值最大化提供坚实的技术支撑。Aircraft lifecycle management runs through new aircraft induction,aircraft operation and aircraft disposal phases.As aircraft is high value globalized asset,there are some problems like long disposal period and heavy depreciation along with the increase of aircraft operation costs resulting from more and more uncertain external factors.Therefore,how to deal with the high depreciation issue becomes a new focus of aircraft value control during aircraft disposal phase.In consideration of the young-age-disposal trend of airline fleets and the delivery challenges brought by foreign aircraft manufacturers extending their services to the maintenance market,this paper analyses the differences and connections between traditional aircraft disposal business and aircraft disposal under the new situation.Based on this it gives the suggestion that the aircraft disposal timeline be moved forward,from aircraft disposal phase to contract management in aircraft induction phase and maintenance management in aircraft operation phase,so as to help airlines shorten the disposal cycle,reduce the interested parties'costs and provide solid technical support for aircraft asset value maximization.
