摘 要:低能见度是目前影响飞行安全的一项重要天气因素,对于训练飞行的影响尤为突出,是训练飞行航空器起落和目视飞行的主要天气因素。本文旨在研究发生在遂宁机场的低能见度现象,以及各类天气对该机场能见度的影响。通过对遂宁机场地理环境、气候特征、能见度特点的分析与研究,收集遂宁机场的气象数据资料总结与之相关的天气规律,探究总结遂宁机场的低能见度发展规律,以及对机场的影响。评估在不同低能见度下管制员的工作负荷,结合飞行训练特点以及管制员在不同情况下的关注度,使其与能见度建立一种数学评估模型,便于评估与制定一套有效的管制措施。Low visibility is currently an important weather factor that affects flight safety,particularly training flight.It is the main weather factor that affects take-off and landing and visual flight of training aircraft.This article aims to study the low visibility phenomena at Suining Airport and the impact of various weather conditions on the visibility of the airport.By analyzing and studying the geographical environment,climate characteristics and visibility characteristics of Suining Airport,collecting meteorological data of the airport and summarizing the related weather patterns,it explores and summarizes the law of low visibility development at Suining Airport,as well as its impact on the airport.It evaluates the workload of controllers under different low visibility conditions,and based on the characteristics of flight training and the attention of controllers under different situations,it establishes a mathematical evaluation model that is related to visibility,in order to support evaluation and formulate an effective set of control measures.
