摘　　要：通过Incopat专利数据库对立构复合聚乳酸相关专利进行检索、筛选和分析,从立构复合聚乳酸专利申请趋势、专利申请人排名、技术构成等方面分析了立构复合聚乳酸的整体专利申请趋势,重点阐述了重点专利申请的方向,对我国未来立构复合聚乳酸专利申请与研究方向提出建议。The patents of stereocomplex polylactic acid using the Incopat patent database were screened and analyzed.The overall patent application trend of stereocomplex polylactic acid was analyzed from the aspects of patent application trend,patent applicants ranking and key patent technology.The key patent application direction was emphatically expounded,and suggestions were given for the future patent application and research direction of stereocomplex polylactic acid in China.
