摘  要:对精对苯二甲酸(PTA)生产废水的水质进行物料评估,基于拟定的工艺路线,分别验证了不同处理工艺对废水的处理效果。从处理效果可以看出,废水中甲酸贡献化学需氧量(COD)降低,约占25%,另有其他物质贡献COD;废水中存在有机溴,经生化后变为无机溴离子,废水中的溴离子增加;废水经过生化处理后,水中的有机溴、甲醇、乙酸乙酯等都能被去除掉。废水在经过膜浓缩处理后,浓水部分进入蒸发浓缩系统进行分盐处理,最大限度回收碳酸钠和溴化钠,其中碳酸钠的纯度可达98.3%。A material evaluation was conducted on the water quality of purified terephthalic acid(PTA)production wastewater.Based on the proposed process route,the treatment effects of different treatment processes on wastewater were verified.It was found that formic acid contributed to a decrease in COD,accounting for about 25%,while other substances contributed to COD in the wastewater;There was organic bromine in the wastewater,which was converted into inorganic bromine ions after biochemical treatment,and the bromine ions in the wastewater increase;After biochemical treatment,the organic bromine,methanol,ethyl acetate,etc.in the wastewater can be removed.After membrane concentration treatment,the concentrated water entered the evaporative concentration system for salt separation treatment,maximizing the recovery of sodium carbonate and sodium bromide.The purity of sodium carbonate can reach 98.3%,providing necessary experimental data guidance for PTA wastewater resource disposal projects.
