摘  要:为了进一步提高堵剂耐温耐盐性能和封堵性能,研发了一种树脂和聚合物互交联的高强度体系。该体系组成为50%~60%FH-2树脂+0.06%~0.12%PH-2聚合物+0.12%~0.16%LPA固化剂。结果表明:该聚合物树脂堵剂固化时间为5~15h,耐温130℃,抗压强度大于7.7MPa。该聚合物树脂堵剂体系长期稳定性好,180d后体系不脱水;封堵性能好,封堵率98%以上,可对高孔高渗孔道进行有效封堵;耐冲刷性能好,反向注水10PV后注入压力是注堵剂前的33.4倍,可以满足堵水作业要求。In order to further improve the temperature and salt resistance and plugging performance of the plugging agent, a high-strength resin and cross-linking system which consisted of resin and polymer was developed, This system was consisted of 50%~60% FH-2 resin +0.06%~0.12% PH-2 polymer+0.12%~0.16% LPA curing agent.The results showed that the curing time of polymer resin plugging agent was 5~15h, the temperature resistance was 130℃,and the compressive strength was greater than 7.7MPa.Polymer resin plugging agent system had good long-term stability, and after 180 days, the system didn't dehydrate;The polymer resin plugging agent system had good plugging performance, and the plugging rate was more than 98%,which could effectively plug the high porosity and high permeable pores.The polymer resin plugging agent system had good erosion resistance, and the injection pressure after 10PV reverse injection was 33.4 times that before plugging agent injection, which could achieved the requirements of water plugging operation.
