德法兼修以德为先为中国式现代化培养造就更多高素质法治人才

摘　　要：中国式现代化,要求在法治轨道上全面建设社会主义现代化国家,全面推进国家各方面工作法治化,对法治人才培养选拔工作提出新的更高要求。法院院校和法治实务部门要切实担负起时代使命,把好法治人才培养选拔的政治关、道德关、法律关,培养选拔德法兼修、德才兼备的高素质法治人才,为中国式现代化提供人才保障。The modernization with Chinese characteristics requires the comprehensive construction of a modern socialist country on the track of the rule-of-law,and the comprehensive promotion of the rule-of-law in all aspects of China,which makes new and higher requirements for the training and selection of rule-of-law talent.Law schools and rule-of-law practice departments should effectively take up the mission of the times,put in place a good political,ethical and legal gate for the training and selection of rule-of-law talent,cultivate and select high-quality rule-of-law talent who have both moral and legal training and are well qualified in virtue and talent,so as to provide a guarantee of talent for the modernization with Chinese characteristics.
