新文科背景下知识产权专业的体系化研究

摘　　要：随着被正式列入《研究生专业学科目录》,知识产权专业硕士不再作为法学等学科的二级学科进行研究生培养。新的知识产权专业的体系建设,需要在继承既有经验的基础上,结合新文科建设的要求,加紧完善与创新。在新文科背景下,知识产权专业建设呈现交叉性、融合性、创新性的特征。知识产权专业的建设,需要明确专业定位,构建专业知识与教学课程体系,创新教学组织与手段,完善知识产权专业教材体系,建立新型专业教育管理体系。With its official inclusion in the Catalogue of Graduate Professional Disciplines,the Master of Laws on Intellectual Property was no longer trained as a secondary discipline of law and other disciplines.The system construction of new intellectual property specialty should be urgent perfected and innovated on the basis of inheriting the existing experience and in line with the requirements of the construction of new liberal arts.In the background of new liberal arts,the construction of the intellectual property specialty presents the characteristics of intersection,integration and innovation.In order to construct the specialty of intellectual property,it is necessary to define the specialty orientation,to construct the specialty knowledge and teaching course system,to innovate the teaching organization and means,to perfect the teaching material system of the intellectual property specialty,so as to establish a new professional education management system.
