摘　　要：全过程人民民主,是社会主义政治文明的典型制度形态,深刻回答和解决了人类政治文明面临的一系列重大问题。在中国式现代化新征程上坚定不移发展全过程人民民主,必将进一步拓展社会主义政治文明新视野、丰富社会主义政治文明新内涵、创造人类政治文明新形态。全过程人民民主,坚持以人民为主体、保障人民当家作主,进一步校正人类政治文明人民性方向;全过程人民民主,坚持以制度为保障、推进制度改革创新,进一步强固人类政治文明制度性根基;全过程人民民主,坚持以治理为使命、促进民主价值转化,进一步赋予人类政治文明治理性功能;全过程人民民主,坚持以天下为己任、遵循全人类共同价值,进一步增强人类政治文明交融性品格。Whole-process people's democracy is a typical institutional form of socialist political civilization, which has addressed and solved a series of major problems facing human political civilization in a profound manner. Steadfastly developing whole-process people's democracy on the new journey of Chinese-style modernization will further expand the new horizon and enrich the content of socialist political civilization, and create a new form of human political civilization. Whole-process people's democracy leads human political civilization further towards a people-oriented direction with the people at the center as the masters of the country;it further strengthens the institutional foundation of human political civilization through institutional reform and innovation;it further endows human political civilization with a governing function as it takes governance as its mission and transform the value of democracy;and it further enhances the integrative character of human political civilization while following shared human values with a commitment to the well-being of the entire world.
