摘　　要：社会主义国家政党外交是社会主义国家执政党围绕自身发展与价值实现所开展的对外事务的统称,是社会主义国家政党政治发展的题中之义与必然要求。百余年来,社会主义国家政党外交大致经历了俄共(布)首开先河、冷战时期曲折发展以及冷战后特别是进入21世纪以来创新发展的历史进程。总结百余年经验,社会主义国家政党外交坚持以推进政党外交理论创新为指引,凸显新型政党关系与新型国际关系的协同发展,注重政党外交方法的协调性科学性实效性,推进多元立体的政党外交制度平台建设,为在新的历史起点开创社会主义国家政党外交新局面,推动世界社会主义运动的振兴,构建人类命运共同体提供了重要启示。Party diplomacy of socialist countries refers to the aggregate of foreign affairs conducted by the ruling parties of socialist countries for its development and value realization. It is an inherent requirement and inevitable aspect of the development of party politics in socialist countries. Over the past century, party diplomacy of socialist countries has roughly undergone the following phases: initiation by the Russian Communist Party(Bolshevik), tortuous development during the Cold War and innovative developments since the end of the Cold War, particularly since the beginning of the 21st century. While summarizing over a century's experience, party diplomacy of socialist countries has consistently aimed at theoretical innovation, synchronic development of new types of party relations and new forms of international relations, formulating coordinated, scientific and effective methods, and advancing the construction of a multi-dimensional and comprehensive platform. These efforts have provided important insights opening up new space for party diplomacy of socialist countries at a new historical starting point,revitalizing world socialist movement, and building a community with a shared future for humanity.
