高校主流意识形态教育对团学组织的思想引领路径研究

摘　　要：主流意识形态是在国家文化意识领域里占据主导地位的思想体系,它能够系统地、自觉地反映社会经济形态和政治制度,对高校师生社会认知和价值取向具有深远的影响。高校各级团学组织是开展青年学生思想政治教育工作的重要抓手,也是开展意识形态教育的重要阵地。研究高校主流意识形态教育在团学组织建设中的引领路径,有助于辩证地把握新时代高校思想政治工作的新形势,充分发挥团学组织的思想政治教育功能,服务于高校立德树人的根本任务。Mainstream ideology is the dominant ideological system in the field of national cultural consciousness,which can systematically and consciously reflect social and economic forms and political systems,and has a profound impact on the social cognition and value orientation of university teachers and students.Youth league organizations at all levels in universities are important means of carrying out ideological and political education for young students,and also important positions for carrying out ideological education.Studying the leading path of mainstream ideological education in the construction of youth league organizations in universities helps to dialectically grasp the new situation of ideological and political work in universities in the new era,fully leverage the ideological and political education function of youth league organizations,and serve the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talent in universities.
