摘 要:随着全球资源循环利用意识的提升与环保政策的日益严苛,再生铜冶炼产业在快速发展的同时所产生废水的处理问题也日益凸显。此类废水含有大量难降解有机物和重金属离子,若未经妥善处理就直接排放,不仅会对环境造成严重污染,更会威胁人类健康和社会的可持续发展。本文主要探讨了利用Fenton氧化技术和反渗透集成技术深度处理再生铜冶炼废水的原理、优势及潜在的应用价值,并深入剖析了Fenton氧化技术对有机物的高效降解机制及其与反渗透膜分离技术联用去除重金属离子和其他无机杂质的效果,以期为促进再生铜冶炼行业的绿色可持续发展提供科学依据和技术支持。With the improvement of the global awareness of resource recycling and the increasingly stringent environmental protection policies,the problem of wastewater treatment generated by the recycling copper smelting industry has become increasingly prominent during the rapid development.This kind of wastewater contains a large number of refractory organic matter and heavy metal ions,if not properly treated directly discharged,not only will cause serious pollution to the environment,but also threaten human health and the sustainable development of society.This paper mainly discusses the principle,advantages and potential application value of advanced treatment of recycled copper smelting wastewater by Fenton oxidation technology and reverse osmosis integrated technology,and further analyzes the efficient degradation mechanism of organic matter by Fenton oxidation technology and the effect of removing heavy metal ions and other inorganic impurities when combined with reverse osmosis membrane separation technology.In order to promote the green and sustainable development of recycled copper smelting industry to provide scientific basis and technical support.
