县级环境监测质量管理工作中存在的问题分析

摘　　要：在履行环境监测任务的过程中,环境监测质量管理发挥着不可或缺的作用。所有相关活动和措施都是为了确保采集到的监测数据具有高度代表性、准确性、精确性、可比性和完整性。因此,如何做好环境监测质量管理已成为当前社会关注的热点话题之一。随着国家相关环保政策的出台和实施,以及人们环保意识的增强,近年来,国家对环保监督的质量控制日益关注。虽然近30年来,我国的环保监督工作不断发展,在组织结构、技术建设等各个领域都取得了长足的发展,但在实际实施过程中仍面临诸多挑战。尤其是县级环境监测站的质量管理环节,问题更为突出。因此,加强县级环境监测质量管理工作的研究具有重要意义。In the process of fulfilling the task of environmental monitoring,the quality management of environmental monitoring plays an indispensable role.All relevant activities and measures were designed to ensure that the collected monitoring data were highly representative,accurate,accurate,comparability and complete.Therefore,how to do a good job of environmental monitoring quality management has become one of the hot topics of the current social concern.With the introduction and implementation of relevant national environmental protection policies and the enhancement of people’s awareness of environmental protection,in recent years,the national quality control of environmental protection supervision has increasingly attracted people’s attention.Although in the past 30 years,China’s environmental supervision work has been developing and growing,in the organizational structure,technology construction and other fields have made great development and maturity,but in the actual implementation process still faces many challenges.Especially in the quality.
