摘 要:针对问题排污口排放时间隐秘、上游排口及管道复杂、排放规律较难掌握等问题,总结了一套行之有效的溯源路线,并综合运用智慧监控、水质检测、管道探测、管道潜望镜检测和管道闭路电视检测等手段,全面深入地开展问题排污口的监测与治理工作,对于加强和规范排污口的监督管理,深入打好碧水保卫战具有重要作用。In view of the problems such as secret discharge time,complex upstream outlet and pipeline,and difficult to master the characteristics of discharge law,a set of effective traceability routes were summarized.Comprehensive use of intelligent monitoring,water quality detection,pipeline detection,pipeline periscope detection and pipeline closed-circuit television detection,etc.,to carry out comprehensive and in-depth monitoring and treatment of problem sewage outlet.It played an important role in strengthening and standardizing the supervision and management of sewage discharge outlets and deepening the battle of protecting clear water.
