摘 要:目的:监测和评价移动式头颅CT正常运行时对周围环境及公众的辐射影响,为辐射安全管理提供科学依据。方法:对某医院使用的移动式头颅CT的周围环境进行监测,并对监测数据进行评价。结果:移动式头颅CT运行时周围辐射剂量率明显高于环境本底水平,职业人员、公众成员会受到一定的剂量辐射;采取辐射屏蔽防护后,受照辐射剂量显著降低。结论:移动式头颅CT在实际临床应用过程中,应采取必要的防护措施,使职业人员及公众成员的年有效剂量符合相关要求,并优化辐射防护措施,使受照剂量达到合理水平。Objective:To monitor and evaluate the radiation effects of mobile head CT scanner on the surrounding environment and the public during normal operation,and to provide scientific basis for radiation safety management.Methods:The environment of a hospital’s mobile head CT scanner is monitored,and the monitoring data is evaluated.Results:The ambient radiation dose rate of mobile head CT is obviously higher than the ambient background level,and professional personnel and members of the public will receive certain radiation dose.The radiation dose was significantly reduced after radiation shielding was adopted.Conclusion:During the practical clinical application of a mobile head CT scanner,necessary protective measures should be taken to ensure that the annual effective dose for medical staffand the public complies with relevant requirements,and the radiation protection measures should be optimized to make the exposed dose reach a reasonable low level.
