摘  要:保护水环境,预防水污染是新时期生态文明建设的基本要求。针对发生率较高的突发性水污染现象,相关部门需通过水污染应急监测,快速确定污染原因,排查污染来源、污染物种类和污染程度,加强水污染治理,将突发性水污染损失控制在最小范围内。因此,文章结合突发性水污染的特点,分析了突发性水污染应急监测的重要性,同时对水污染应急监测过程中的质量保障措施进行研究,以此突出突发性水污染应急监测的价值,从而为水污染应急治理打好基础。Protecting the water environment and preventing water pollution are the basic requirements of ecological civilization construction in the new era.In response to the high incidence of sudden water pollution,relevant departments need to conduct emergency monitoring of water pollution to quickly determine the causes of pollution,investigate the sources,types,and degrees of pollution,strengthen water pollution control,and control the losses caused by sudden water pollution to a minimum.Therefore,based on the characteristics of sudden water pollution,this article analyzes the importance of emergency monitoring for sudden water pollution,and studies the quality assurance measures in the process of emergency monitoring for water pollution,highlighting the value of emergency monitoring for sudden water pollution and laying a solid foundation for emergency management of water pollution.
