环境影响评价制度与排污许可证制度的衔接对策思考

摘　　要：随着时代的发展,现代化科学技术在促进社会不断进步的同时,也给环境带来了一定的压力,环境污染问题愈发严重。在环境治理工作中,进行环境影响评价制度与排污许可证制度的衔接可以取得良好的效果。基于此,本文阐述了环评制度与排污许可证制度衔接的必要性,对当前衔接工作中存在的问题进行了详细分析,并提出相应衔接策略,以供参考。With the development of The Times,modern science and technology not only promotes the continuous progress of society,but also brings certain pressure to the environment,and the problem of environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious.In the work of environmental governance,the integration of environmental impact assessment system and pollutant discharge permit system can achieve good results.Based on this,this paper expounded the necessity of linking the EIA system with the emission permit system,analyzed the existing problems in the current linking work in detail,and put forward the corresponding linking strategies for reference.
