摘　　要：环保管家是一种新型的环境管理模式,通过专业的环保管理团队,能解决服务对象环保方面的问题。本文介绍了环保管家的背景和意义,详细阐述了环保管家的服务范围,列出三个环保管家的优势,归纳出目前环保管家服务市场存在的五个主要问题,分析并提出了七项有效的措施建议,以期实现环保管家服务市场的规范化管理。Environmental butler is a new type of environmental management model,through the professional environmental management team,can solve the environmental problems of the service object.This paper introduced the background and significance of environmental butler,elaborated the service scope of environmental butler,listed the advantages of three environmental butler,summarized thefive main problems existing in the current environmental butler service market,analyzed and put forward seven effective measures and suggestions,so as to standardize the management of environmental butler service market.
