大型立式单吸三级泵组芯包组装施工技术——以山西中部引黄工程泵组为例

摘　　要：山西省中部引黄工程3号~7号泵组为国内水利行业中首次规划立式单吸三级蜗壳式离心泵,而芯包组合部件为立式单吸三级蜗壳式离心泵的核心部件。通过绘制三维模型进行模拟预装,提前发现组装过程中存在的问题,避免了现场由于设备缺陷导致返工的问题。其次芯包的机坑外组装,避免了机坑狭小的缺陷,将机坑内固定部件及转动部件顺序施工工序变为同步施工工序,达到压缩水泵安装工期和保障工人职业健康的目的。最后通过设计专用吊装工具,达到芯包组合部件一次吊装完成的目的。Pump packages No.3-7 of the Yellow River Diversion Project in Central Shanxi are vertical single-suction threestage pump volute centrifugal pumps planned for the first time in the domestic water conservancy industry of China,and the cartridge assembly is the core component of the vertical single-suction three-stage pump volute centrifugal pump.A 3D model is prepared to simulate pre-assembly to find problems existing in the assembly process in advance,thus avoiding rework caused by equipment defects on site.The cartridge is assembled outside the turbine pit to overcome the problem of narrow space in the turbine pit.The sequential construction procedure for fixed parts and rotating parts in the turbine pit is changed into the synchronous construction procedure to shorten the pump installation duration and guarantee the occupational health of workers.Special lifting tools are designed to realize the one-off hoisting of the cartridge assembly.
