山西中部引黄泵站机组调试研究

摘　　要：山西省中部引黄工程3号~7号泵组为国内水利行业中首次规划立式单吸三级蜗壳式离心泵,目前国内大型泵组调试技术经验遗乏,本文研究大型立式单吸三级泵组调试技术,详细介绍了调试工艺原理、试验前检查、输水系统充排水试验、静态调试、无载调试、带载调试的内容和技术要求,为同类型泵组调试提供借鉴。Pump packages No.3~7 of the Yellow River Diversion Project in Central Shanxi are vertical single-suction three-stage pump volute centrifugal pumps planned for the first time in the domestic water conservancy industry of China.At present,there is a lack of application experience in the commissioning technology of large pump packages in China.This paper studies the commissioning technology of large vertical single-suction three-stage pump packages,and introduces in detail the technical principle of commissioning,pre-test inspection,flushing and drainage test of water conveyance system,and content of and technical requirements for static commissioning,no-load commissioning and on-load commissioning,providing reference for the commissioning of similar pump packages.
