铬锆铜合金组织与性能的研究

摘  要:研究了Nb或Co微量元素以及冷变形量对铬锆铜合金组织与性能的影响,以优化铬锆铜合金成分和冷加工工艺。另外,对铬锆铜合金进行了时效处理+深冷处理的工艺探究。研究结果表明,添加微量的Nb或Co元素的铬锆铜合金,在冷变形量50%附近时具有较高的硬度和导电率,综合性能良好。深冷处理对含微量Nb或Co元素的铬锆铜合金性能影响不明显。The effects of trace element Nb or Co and the cold deformation on the microstructure and properties of the Cr-Zr-Cu alloy have been investigated,in order to optimize the design of composition and the cold working process.In addition,the process of aging treatment+depth cold treatment of the Cr-Zr-Cu alloy has also been investigated.The results show that the comprehensive performance of the Cr-Zr-Cu alloy with trace element Nb or Co added is good when the cryogenic deformation is about 50%,which exhibits high hardness and high electrical conductivity.Furthermore,the effect of deep-cooling treatment on the properties of Cr-Zr-Cu alloy containing trace amounts of element Nb or Co is not significant.
